Our team of birthing professionals is here to ensure that you have the best care before, during, and after your pregnancy. Our staff will provide all the information you need regarding your birthing experience, and will be by your side throughout the many stages of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Ashley Cochran
CPM, LM, ILFS (She/Her)
Licensed Midwife, Integrated Lactation and Feeding Specialist
I live in West Temple with my husband, 3 teenagers, 2 dogs, and a cast of houseplants I am desperately trying to keep alive. I am a coffee drinking, true crime podcast loving Texas native. When I'm not midwifing, you can find me wandering Home Goods for things I'll never buy and making up new recipes in my kitchen.
I came to birth work after the birth of my second child, when I began to advocate for people's ability to birth vaginally after a cesarean section, having just done it myself. Finally, someone said, "You know, people do this as a job?" Say less bestie, I was ALL in! I began my apprenticeship in Central Texas in 2013 and haven't looked back since!
I am honored to care for all birthing people in our community and affirm their rights to safer, more empowering birthing experiences.
Haleigh Spray
Student Midwife (She/Her)
I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for 7 years and we have 3 beautifully crazy kids. If that’s not enough, we have 15 chickens and 5 dogs (it’s safe to say I crave chaos). My life is never boring and surprisingly I survive it by drinking decaf! I have an obsession with true crime podcasts, dachshunds, candles, and trying to be a plant person.
I was lucky enough to be one of the first Revolution patients when I had my 3rd child and after that experience I was hooked. That baby turned 3 and I realized that I never stopped talking about that experience and I should maybe do something with that passion, so I called Ashley.
I am incredibly blessed to be a part of this world and to help women and their families feel empowered, comfortable, confident, and supported during such an extraordinary time.
Ashlynn Owen
Office Manager (She/her)
I’m a wife, mama to a busy toddler, and currently growing baby #2! Life is busy in the best way, and I’m soaking up every bit of it. When I’m not at Revolution, you’ll usually find me chasing my little one around, spending time with family, getting outside, or finding something new to create.
My journey with Revolution started as a patient, and after experiencing midwifery care for myself firsthand, I quickly fell in love with the way families are supported here. When the opportunity came to join the team, I knew it was the perfect fit!
As the office manager, I get to be one of the first friendly faces families see when they walk through our doors. I help keep things running smoothly, and get to know our families. I love being part of a team that makes families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.
Katherine Creamer
Student Midwife (She/Her)
I am a student midwife and certified birth assistant who brings calm, compassionate care to every family I serve. My journey into birth work began in 2015, when
I became a certified birth and bereavement doula. Since then, I have had the honor of supporting almost 200 families through the powerful and sacred experience of birth.
I am passionate about empowering and educating families so they can feel confident and connected throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I feel deeply grateful to walk alongside
families during such transformative moments and I'm excited to continue that work as I grow into my role as a clinical provider.
When I'm not at a birth or in the clinic, you’ll often find me wading through a river with a fly rod in hand or laughing over a board game with my husband and two daughters. As an Austin native, I'm always happy to chat about my favorite local food and outdoor spots.
